Chartering of the USA-France Intercountry Committee

The USA-France Intercountry Committee was officially granted its charter on June 22nd of 2009 in Birmingham (England) at the Rotary International Convention. Bart Cleary (PDG, D7710, NC) President of the US section and Robert Héline (PDG, D1670) President of the French section received the charter of the ICC from Serge Gouteyron, Rotary International 2005-2006 Vice President and President of the ICC Executive Council.
